•250g frying steak (sliced)
•Rice vermicelli 200g
•200g Pak Choi (sliced)
•˝ Onion (sliced)
•1 Green pepper (sliced)
•Jimmy’s Satay Sauce (1 tbsp)
1.Marinate beef with ˝ tsp of salt, ˝ tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of light soy sauce, 1 tsp of corn flour and 1 tsp of sesame oil for 15 minutes.
2.Soak vermicelli on hot boiling water for 10 minutes and drain.
3.Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in wok, until very hot.
4.Add vermicelli in wok with 2 tbsp of light soy sauce and stir-fry for two minutes.
5.Transfer to dish.
6.Clean wok if necessary.
7.Heat 2 tbsp of oil in the wok.
8.Add beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
9.Add all chopped vegetables and 1 tbsp of Shaoshing wine.
10.Add 1 cup of water, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of Jimmy’s Satay Sauce.
11.Thicken sauce with corn flour (mixed with water).
12.Add the beef with the noodles.
Ready to serve
