•500g Spare ribs (8-10 pieces)
•½ onion (finely chopped)
•1 Red Chilli (sliced)
•1 tbsp Shoashing Wine
•1 tsp of salt
•½ tsp of sugar
•¼ tsp of Five Spice Power
•¼ tsp of white pepper
•½ tsp Szechuan Peppercorns
1.Marinade spare ribs with 1 tbsp light soy sauce.
2.Lightly coat spare ribs with cornflour.
3.Heat ½ litre of cooking oil in wok to medium heat.
4.Deep-fry spare ribs until golden brown (approximately 8mins) and drain oil.
5.Add onion, Shoashing wine and chilli, stir fry for 1min.
6.Add the premixed seasoning and the spare ribs. Stir fry for 1min.
7.Add a few drops of sesame oil.
