•400g Thai Fragrant Rice
•50g Cooked Prawns
•50g Cooked Chicken
•1 tsp of mild curry powder
•1 tsp of chilli paste
Preparation for Boiled Rice:
1.Rinse rice in pot twice.
2.Add ½ pint of water
3.Bring rice to boil uncovered
4.When rice is boiling, turn heat to minimum.
5.Place the lid on the pot and cook for 10 mins.
6.Turn heat off and keep the lid on for 5 mins.
1.Heat 1 ½ tbsp of cooking oil in wok until very hot.
2.Stir fry egg until firm. Remove from wok.
3.Add 1 ½ tbsp of cooking oil in wok.
4.Add cooked rice, stir-fry for 1 minute.
5.Add cooked meat.
6.Add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of light soy sauce, 1 tsp of sesame oil and a sprinkle of white pepper.
7.Add curry powder and chilli bean paste.
8.Add the egg and stir-fry for 1 minute.
9.Sprinkle with spring onions.
Ready to Serve
