Won Ton Soup


•50g Raw prawns (peeled)
•100g Minced pork
•Won ton pastry (16)


1.Mince prawns with knife.
2.Place minced prawns and minced pork in a bowl.
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of sugar
¼ teaspoon of sesame oil
½ teaspoon of light soy sauce
a pinch of white pepper and mix well.
4.Put a teaspoon of filling on the centre of the pastry and then fold diagonally into a triangle. Lightly pinch the pastry with thumb and index finger to seal.


1.Put Won Ton into boiling water and boil for 5 mins
2.Drain and place Won Ton in a large soup bowl.
3.Boil a pint of water.
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of chicken stock granules
½ teaspoon of light soy sauce
½ teaspoon of sesame oil
and a sprinkle of white pepper.
5.Pour hot soup onto Won Ton and sprinkle with chopped spring onion.

Ready to serve.
