•10 Chicken wings (chopped)
•1 onion (sliced)
•1 red pepper (sliced)
•2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
•2 tbsp of Jimmy’s Satay Sauce
1.Marinate chicken with: 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of light soy sauce, 1 tbsp of sesame oil for 20 mins.
2.Add 3 tbsp of potato flour with the chicken wings, and mix well.
3.Heat 2 pints of cooking oil in wok to medium.
4.Deep-fry chicken wings for about 4 mins until golden brown. Drain oil.
5.Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil in wok.
6.Add garlic, onion and red pepper and a tbsp of Shaoshing wine.
7.Add 2 tbsp of Jimmy’s Satay sauce, 1 tbsp of sugar and ½ a cup of water.
8.Put chicken wings in the sauce and mix well.
Ready to Serve
