•500g of Raw Prawns (peeled and de-veined)
•100g of Panko Breadcrumbs
1.Dry prawns with a clean cloth and mince prawns with a knife (very fine).
2.Put mince prawns into a mixing bowl and then add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 2 tbsp of cornflour, ½ tsp of white pepper and 1 tbsp of sesame oil.
3.Mix prawns with a spoon for about 2 mins until very sticky.
4.Put 100g of Panko breadcrumbs onto a plate.
5.Use a soup spoon to shape minced prawns in a shape of a round ball.
6.Coat prawn ball with breadcrumbs.
7.Preheat 1 pint of cooking oil to medium heat.
8.Fry prawns balls in oil for about 3 mins until golden brown.
9. Place fried prawn balls onto a plate and serve with sweet chilli dip.
