Chicken breast 1 piece (approx. 200g)
½ onion sliced
½ green pepper strips
½ fresh chilli (seeded and sliced)
1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon of self-raising flour
50g potato flour
2 tablespoons of Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce
1 tablespoon of plum sauce
1 tablespoon of honey
Preparation for chicken:
1.Dice chicken into small pieces (approx. 1 inch square)
2.Add a sprinkle of salt, pepper and sesame oil to season.
3.Mix the egg and a tablespoon of self-raising flour with chicken pieces.
4.Put 50g of potato flour in a dish.
5.Coat the chicken pieces in potato flour.
6.Heat about 2 inches of oil to medium heat.
7.Deep-fry each piece of chicken for approx 3 mins until crispy.
1.Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok.
2.Add garlic, onion, pepper and chilli, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3.Add Thai Chilli Sauce, plum sauce and honey with a small amount of water. Bring to boil.
4.Turn the heat off and add chicken pieces. Mix well.
Ready to serve
